Phyllis Tuckwell's Memory Meadow is dedicated to those loved ones who are no longer with us, but are never forgotten. Each flower and butterfly represents the life of someone who is loved and missed.

Dedications received by Friday 9 March will be added to the Order of Service which is handed out to all those attending our Memory Meadow event on Saturday 24th March.

To make a dedication, choose your flower or butterfly, write a message, including a photo if you wish, and make a donation in memory of the life of the person you are remembering. Your loved one's flower or butterfly will then be placed in the Meadow where it will stay until Memory Meadow returns in 2018, when it will be removed.

How your donation helps

Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice Care provides services to patients, families and carers affected by a terminal illness in West Surrey and North East Hampshire, supporting 250 people each day.

All of our services are provided free of charge which is why any donation you can give, no matter what size, really does make a difference.
Thank you.
